Every year Mi Healthcare supports a local charity and this year we decided to support two! This year we are supporting Zoe’s Place Liverpool (charity no 1092545) which is a hospice for infants up to the age of 5 who have life limiting and life-threatening illnesses and Liverpool University Hospitals NHS FT charitable fund (charity no 1047988) which raises funds and help to support all hospitals within the Trust.
The theme for this years’ event is Land’s End to John ‘O’ Groats so we have called the event “Mi March for charity”. As we have all probably spent more time indoors than outdoors over the past 2 years our employees challenge is to cover the equivalent distance of 837 miles by logging their activity throughout the month of March. This can be running, cycling, dog walking, shopping or anything else that gets people out and about exercising. We will also have a treadmill and rowing machine located at our head office so there is no excuse for “putting the miles in”. Regular updates will be posted on progress.
